I have not yet received my refund on the iPhone I submitted a month ago !
I sent my phone in 2+ weeks ago and have not heard or received any informtation on my payment. Noone to talk with.

They have been very good with paying out in the past always quick and on time this the first time having a problem I believe its a one time occurrence it has been over two weeks it usually takes about two or three days I believe they will come through

First of all, your phone number 844-692-**** does not work.
Second, the two Note 8 cell phones I sent in are not the two I got back when I refused your lowball offer of $10 each, down from $60 each.
I never owned a Note 8 cell phone from T-Mobile, and T-Mobile is all over this phone along with Pink Ghost everywhere.
What the heck is going on? The two Samsung Galaxy Note 8 were Verizon 64 phones in perfect order with no scratches or Ghost.
Please advise.

No Callback, They Suck, Blah, they are the worst company Ive ever dealt with in my life. I would never have anything to do with them, and I would strongly suggest that you stay away from them they are scammers at best. They need to be reported to the federal government.
